The Migjorn house is located at km 10.3 of Formentera, away of the road, 500 meters from the Migjorn beach and 1 km from Es Caló village.

The Migjorn house sleeps 10, with the possibility of 2 extra beds. Maximun capacity 12 sleeps.

The Migjorn house communicates with LLevant house through a door, so they can be rented together or separately. If Migjorn and LLevant houses are rented together, they have a special price. In this case, maximum occupancy is 16 people, sleeps 14 + 2 extra beds.

The price of the house includes cleaning on arrival and departure (not daily housekeeping) and bed and bath linen (one bath towel and one washcloth per person, one bath mat per bathroom and a set of sheets per tenant). A weekly change of linen for stays longer than a week.

We have available bunk beds, cribs, high chairs and extra beds to suit other specific customer needs.
